As the daughter of famous Chinese actress Nancy Sit, Justina was exposed to the entertainment industry at a very young age. Graduating with honors from the University of California, Davis, with double majors in Communication & Japanese, Justina joined MTV Networks as the Marketing Coordinator, where she worked closely with the Executive Vice President of MTV World to develop marketing initiatives for the new spin-off network. She provided marketing support and organisation to major live performances for Asian & Asian American artists like MC Jin, Far East Movement, and international acts, such as Big Bang, Jinusean and other YG artists at the Networks’ headquarters office in New York.

 

A year later, she joined William Morris Agency (WMA) as an Agent Trainee in the Beverly Hills office. During her time there, she worked in the Talent, Corporate Consulting, as well as the Film departments, working on the Cannes Film Festival, identifying major key players and buyers in the international film market, and serving clients like Ray Liotta, Wentworth Miller, Jesse Eisenberg, Liu Yifei and former NBA basketball player Yi Jian Lian.

Justina returned to Hong Kong and started her own company 11 years ago, she now manages her mother Nancy Sit and actor, singer-songwriter & producer Jonathan Wong.  Besides overseeing their day-to-day business dealings, Justina is also in charge of organising press junkets, negotiating contracts, setting up tours and booking gigs for her clients throughout Asia.

 

Besides being a manager, Justina is also a talent agent and event & TV show producer. As a talent agent, she has secured TV bookings and commercial deals for international stars. She has organised major live entertainment events and concerts for legendary artists and major corporations in Hong Kong, Mainland, and Malaysia, etc. As a TV producer,  she produced travelogues for TVB shot in New York & Amsterdam, and a 26 episodes talk show series for Channel V China starring and co-created by her client Jonathan Wong, featuring superstar guests ranging from pop sensations Karen Mok, Sammi Cheng, to China’s biggest comedians Eric Tsang and Wong Cho Lam.

 

Justina also serves as a member of the board for the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, Hong Kong Performing Artists Guild, as well as the Hong Kong Filmmakers Guild, for which she helped relaunch the guild’s filmmaker training programs, which have since groomed over 300 young working filmmakers.
